ProductVroom is a platform that allows product teams to create, manage, and share versioned product roadmaps. The Service includes:

• Creating and managing product roadmaps and roadmap items
• Organizing features into themes and categories
• Creating customized views for different audiences
• Versioning roadmaps and tracking changes
• Sharing roadmaps with stakeholders and customers
• Exporting roadmaps in various formats (PDF, JSON)
• API access and webhook integrations

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring you are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms

4. User Content and Data

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content, data, and roadmaps you create using the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

4.2 Data Export

You can export your User Content at any time in multiple formats including PDF and JSON. We recommend regular exports as part of your data management practices.

4.3 Data Retention

We maintain your data for 30 days after account cancellation to allow you time to export your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without authorization
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to transmit spam, phishing, or other malicious communications

6. Public Sharing and Access Controls

You can create public views of your roadmaps with customizable access controls. When you make content public:

• You are solely responsible for the content you make public
• You control access permissions for each view
• You acknowledge that public content may be indexed by search engines
• You must respect the privacy and confidentiality of your organization's information

7. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for the Service is currently being finalized. Some features may be available during our early access period. We will provide notice before implementing paid plans and any changes to pricing.

• Free trials may be available as specified
• No credit card is required during early access
• You can cancel your account at any time
• Refund policies will be specified when paid plans are introduced

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Experience outages due to factors beyond our control

9. API and Integrations

We provide API access and webhook integrations. When using these features:

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTVROOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProductVroom from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
