Status Tracking

Track items through their lifecycle:

• Planned – On the roadmap, not started
• In Progress – Actively being worked on
• Completed – Finished and delivered
• On Hold – Temporarily paused
• Cancelled – No longer proceeding

Priority Levels

Prioritize items with four levels:

• Critical – Must-have, blocking other work
• High – Important, should be done soon
• Medium – Standard priority
• Low – Nice to have

Progress Tracking

• Progress Percentage – Track completion from 0-100%
• Visual Progress Bars – See completion at a glance
• Effort Estimates – Add story points or day estimates

Start Dates & Due Dates

• Start Date – When work begins
• Due Date – When work should complete
• Flexible Granularity – Set dates by day, week, month, or quarter

Tags for Flexible Organization

Use tags to organize items across categories:

• Team names (frontend, backend, design)
